The primary duty of the Assistant Residence Director is to assist in management of the community to which they are assigned.  The associate should be primarily engaged in non-manual work related to the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the community.  This role assists in coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment, and dining services departments.

Requirements

The Assistant Residence Director we select must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software. A minimum one year of professional experience, a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read, speak, and write English clearly are required.  The ability to obtain all necessary certification/licensure to become an administrator/residence director is also required.
